  Although I do believe this salon probably does some good work, that was definitely not our experience.
  
  Two of us were in town for a wedding, a called a few weeks prior to the big day to book hair appointments for styling and braiding our hair. The day before they called us and asked us to move the appointment to an hour later, we agreed.
  
  we got there early, sat and waited for our stylists. My friend went first - and it was immediately obvious that something was wrong. The stylists seemed in a rush,, my friend was left under a dryer for some time - then taken in for styling. I kept going up to the desk to see what was happening - till someone came. I sat in the chair and she didn't say anything to me, sent me for a wash and then when I cam back asked me how I wanted it dried. I said oh i'm actually here to have it braided and put up. That was a very specific thing I said when I booked. She said I was there for a blow dry. A bit of flurry ensued, two stylist drying my hair at the same time, feverishly. She told me she didn't have time to do my hair but she would see what she could do to get it done. No where in there did she acknowledge they made a mistake, my friend also recounted that they really made us feel like we were causing this situation and that they would do us a favor of doing there best.
  
  Another lady came and I showed her a pic, she put a dutch braid in the front and a braided pin whell on the side - it looked - ridiculous. I had nothing to say at that stage - we had all together had about 7 min of actual effort into the 'up do' and both of our hair looked like a friend had done it. I kept asking for it to be tighter - and it was clear that she knew better than me - my hair was held in with pins and spray.
  
  we got to the cash and they said that will be 100 dollars, we both went white. We paid it, left a tip, and then she said - oh sorry that was for one.
  
  My hair started falling out as soon as I left, by the time we were dressed I was ready to take it out - my friend also.
  
  We were so disappointed, we spent 200 dollars to be treated like we were lucky to get anything at all - neither of us liked our hair (we both went with pics by the way).
  
  very very disappointing and expensive
