  This restaurant is a great place to get together with a lot of friends and family for a meal, or some social time. They have a bar upstairs with some tables in chairs. If he continued through the restaurant there are other dining room areas. This makes the place seem smaller and Cozier. The food prices are a bit expensive, and they have some delicious selections.

  Had a lovely time at The Gypsy Tea Room for a post-wedding brunch with about 40 guests. Service was quite slow, probably due to our large number; however, that just gave us more time to visit with everyone.
  Once the food arrived it was all delicious.
  Copious amounts of tea and coffee replenished throughout our visit.
  Staff could not have been more helpful.

  Unique and delicious. The roasted red pepper soup and the seafood chowder were absolutely amazing! Highly recommended!

  Truly inattentive service. Feature surf and turf — rib steak at $42 so over salted it was inedible. They “forgot” the scallops and shrimp they “forgot” the Caesar salad which both arrived separately. Quality check by server non existent. 2 hours of painful waiting for beyond mediocre food. Celeste our server missed the request for a second glass of wine. And for water. Waiting inexcusably long to pay and leave. Instead of trying to turn around a poor experience, she did not ask how it was. I gave 1 star for the host at the front who was friendly and pleasant. I have been here a few times when returning to the city. This was definitely the last. A huge disappointment. A busy night does not excuse poor service and horrible food.

  Brunch buffet selection was only OK (missing some basics like fruit, French toast, or pancakes) and poorly executed. Food was only warm and some options were not good at all. Price was very high for lots of low quality food.

  Excellent restaurant, the service was top notch, i have a lot of food allergies and rje staff were knowledgeable about how ro accomodate and made sure everything was safe and extremely tasty. Worth return visits.
